My approach to health coaching is not to be your coach, but to join your team. I help my clients discover their own internal wisdom and use it as a guide to be the healthiest version of themselves. If you’re here seeking support, you have the most important ingredient already: a desire to feel your best. I want to hear what makes you feel well and together find the tools you need to achieve your unique goals.

I offer a variety of packages for 1:1 coaching, which can be done in person or remotely, or a combination of both. I will work with you to design a plan that is exciting and sustainable for you.

I believe wellness is about the synergy of the body and mind. It is about more than just the food and movement you choose, it is about how you relate to yourself and the world around you. I focus on what you already have available to you and what we can add in, not what you lack or what we should subtract.

My work ranges from finding methods to stay accountable with a workout routine, developing self-care practices to address anxiety, supporting you as you implement specific treatment plans made your doctors, or processing your relationship to your body at all stages of life.

I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and in the process of obtaining my certification from the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching.
